Hotel Columbus is a fab hotel. It is friendly clean and well positioned. All at a reasonable price. We stayed in a room for three and it was plenty big enough. Admittedly the furniture is little old fashioned but perfectly functional. Check in was speedy and helpful. Once in the room one of our group realised they had left their phone charger at home so we asked at reception who kindly loaned us one for the duration of our stay. Checkin is nice and early @2 and checkout midday so was perfect for us. They also offered to book trips for us but as we had pre booked everything we didn’t need their assistance. Breakfast is plentiful and constantly replenished. The only additional expense is posh coffee. But as we aren’t fussy we drank the tea and coffee provided. The rooms were spotless and daily bottles of water a great added extra. The location is near the Jewish quarter and 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. There are loads of bars and restaurants near by. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you Hotel Columbus.

Amazing location. A bit noisy with the trams, but that was good & bad. Because, it was so central you could walk or tram to all the main attractions. Beautiful rooms, clean, had a magical view of the Wawel castle, first 3 nights. I Stayed four nights. Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way. Excellent breakfast, water bottles provided every day. Kettle available, if you asked. 👍 My only criticism, was my pick up fare ?, but it was Easter Sunday. Caught an uber today, back to airport. One third of the price. So, I highly recommend the Columbus hotel. Safe, clean, excellent facilities, 24 hour reception, luggage storage, beautiful gardens, rooms were spacious, showers clean and daily room service, if needed. Situated in the old city centre...perfect. Thank you again Katie G From Australia 🇦🇺 🙌😎

Everything. Superb. I cannot fault this hotel. Just been with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Effortless check in that took five minutes for five rooms. Friendly professional staff. The rooms were absolutely spotless, comfy beds, fridge, aircon, towels changed daily and plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was brilliant so much choice but my favourite, as on any holiday, is scrambled eggs and bacon! Here it was totally fresh and properly cooked, fantastic. About a two minute walk to the Jewish Quarter with its fantastic bars and restaurants and about a ten minute walk to the main square. An Uber from the airport is about £12. I’ve been to Krakow 9 times and this is the best place I have stayed. Well done to all the staff, chefs and management.

Lovely clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Towels changed daily. I wish they were a little bigger for larger people to be able to wrap around yourself whilst your doing makeup hair etc. Good powerful hairdresser. My own fault for not reading what's included in the room.... No kettle tea/coffee facilities. I'm a give me coffee before you speak to me type of person, but my husband spoke to the lady on reception and she brought us a kettle and we went to the shop opposite and got coffee milk. Breakfast was fabulous plenty of choice both english and continental with lovely cake. Couldn't fault it. Staff were lovely Would definitely stay again and recommend .

We arrived late at night, around 1:30 a.m. However, the receptionist was at the reception (was not sleeping, as sometimes happens in hotels) and checked us in immediately without unnecessary formalities. The room was cool, we did not find the remote control for the air conditioner, we called the reception (it was already 2 a.m.), they immediately found the remote control for us. Then my son injured his leg, and we again contacted the reception with a request for antiseptic - it was also quickly brought. In the morning there was a good breakfast - a great choice. The salads pleased.
